We are specializing in starting up Airlines, MRO, Training Organizations, CAMO, by setting their bases according to requirements, including procedures, manuals, personnel, aircraft acquisition, maintenance arrangements, aircraft marketing, evaluation and acceptance. On-site audits of contractors are used to evaluate work history, quality of workmanship, the contractor's overall capability and turn-around times; the experience level of their personnel capability; whether the contractor has robust continuous improvement, quality assurance, self-auditing and training programs; as well as the IT systems employed.
